Our cases' materials are made of:

Hard Case: Polycarbonate (PC) 

Soft Case: Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) 

Wallet Case: Animal-friendly artificial leather

The cases are printed using two different printing methods:

UV Printing

We use the Roland LEF-300 and Roland LEF-20 print system, the best printers available in the market at the moment. The UV-printer prints directly on the product. This method prints your design to the highest quality and resolution.

Sublimation Printing

Your design will be printed on a special film using sublimation inks. Then the print is sublimated from the film onto the snap case using high temperature and pressure. The inks will become liquid and transfer into the coating of the snap case. We use special sublimation vacuum machines to ensure that the cases are printed around the edges.

It really depends on how well you maintain the case and the usage of it. To minimise the discolouration, reduce contact with dyed/colored materials and exposure to sunlight.

What you see on the website is what we have. But not to worry, we have plans to bring in more models. Keep a look out for them!

Absolutely! During the Customising stage, you will be able to upload your own design and adjust it accordingly to the case.

Due to the highly customised nature of our cases, even if an item is unused, it cannot be resold. We therefore cannot accept returns.

Payment and Order

We accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Mastercard, Visa and AMEX.

If you experience any problems concerning the payment, please contact us and provide as much information about your order as you can (date, reference number if any, guest/member, what product etc).

We assure you, we will try to rectify it asap.

We have a 30-day refund or replace policy, which means if you are not completely satisfied with your product, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused.

Due to the highly customised nature of our cases, even if an item is unused, it cannot be resold. We therefore cannot accept returns.

Shipping and Delivery

We have plans to ship all over the world, But as of now we only ship to Singapore.

Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals!

Standard Internatioal Shipping:

This international shipping has limited track & trace. This means that a parcel usually gets a scan when it arrives in the country and when the courier takes it out for delivery. In some cases, there is no delivery scan as this depends on the destination country and delivery service.

Express International Shipping:

This shipping is a parcel service with Track and Trace. This shipping is fast, reliable and delivers worldwide. We are working with a network of couriers including DHL, PostNL, Hermes, DPD, GLS, Fedex and others to select the best service for each country. The parcel is fully tracked, so you will see when the parcel arrives in the country, when it’s out for delivery and when it is delivered. It will also state where the parcel can be picked up if you were not at home during delivery.

EU countries (5-10 working days)

Norway (5-10 working days). 

Standard International Shipping:

Netherlands (1-2 working days)

Belgium and Germany (2-4 working days)

Rest of EU, Norway and Switzerland (5-7 working days)

United States and rest of the world (10-14 working days).

Express International Shipping:

Netherlands and Belgium (1 working day)

EU countries (2-4 working days) 

Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, Rest of the world (6-7 working days)

The delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

In the unforeseeable event that an order does not arrive according to the estimated delivery times, please contact us at hello@zajingo.com with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 24hr of receiving your email.
