Satisfaction Guarantee
We have a 30-day refund or replace policy, which means if you are not completely satisfied with your product, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused.
Due to the highly customised nature of our cases, even if an item is unused, it cannot be resold. We therefore cannot accept returns.
If you are not fully satisfied with your product, or it arrives damaged in any way, you should email us as soon as possible at hello@zajingo.com with the order number, a description of the issue and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address each concern on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Replacements
If approved, we can arrange a replacement item for you or issue you with a store credit that can be used at the checkout to be offset against a future purchase.
